Traffic continues to get worse in Cayman with no plans for solutions

The traffic in Cayman continues to get worse and worse with no real plan seemingly to remedy issues. What they need to do here in Cayman is take measures like they do in Bermuda where vehicles are limited to one per family. In addition they need a proper bus system with reliable routes not the Mickey Mouse bus option currently available. Or they do what Singapore did and make it extremely difficult to obtain a vehicle license ultimately limiting the number of vehicles that could be on the road. I would subscribe to any of these options for the benefit of less traffic. Who agrees with me?

100% agree and a good bus system with proper schedule would be game changer. I'd probably even use the bus as it would certainly beat driving.

Restricting cars, implementing restrictions on the number of cars on the roads and future proofing by slowly adopting trends like autonomous taxis that are being rolled out in the US will be the way to win the traffic issue here in Cayman.

A good solution here for traffic would be what they did in Singapore which is a lottery based system for who gets vehicle licenses. Taking a page from their playbook would be a good option I'd think.
