Today I heard that a few weeks back at the Laguna Del Mar AGM that a vote was cast and unanimously agreed to that the property would be re-developed.
Laguna Del Mar is in a fantastic location on Seven Mile Beach with a great property. It’s rather old and from my understanding rather than continuing the up keep and special assessments on the owners this was the best path forward.
It’s great for the owners but here we go again with another soon to come 10 story monster on Seven Mile Beach.
