How difficult is it to start a company in Cayman

Hello, Phil here. I'm moving to Cayman in about 4 months and am semi-retired. The business I have in mind would be a local business. I've read a bit about this topic online and it appears as though there are some unique challenges when it comes to starting a new company in Cayman so if anyone has any comments or advice on this it would be helpful to me.

Starting a local company to service the local and not being Caymanian or having a Caymanian partner is virtually impossible. In some instances it may be possible but for the most part it is not.
